Say goodbye to the generic G&T and instead mix it up a little with our new Gin and Tonic menu, courtesy of the clever mixologists at Fever Tree Mixers.

Pick one of the nine premium gins we offer at JP Clarke’s, including the Irish made Dingle Gin, pick your mixer and your garnish, et voila! The perfect G&T made to your taste. Clarke’s Manager Keiran Moroney knows a thing or two about G&T mixes, his favourite being Irish made milk gin Bertha’s Revenge with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and lime, and a garnish of rosemary and orange.
