Christmas Goose at Gallagher’s
The countdown is on for Christmas, so this December we are offering our guests something a little bit more traditional with our classic roast Goose.
Goose was the traditional choice in Ireland for centuries before Turkey became popular. A richer meat than turkey, it was served with other meats such as baked ham, plus various vegetables, potato and fruits. Our free range goose is reared organically in County Cork by Nora Aherne and delivered just in time for the festive season.
Our roast goose will be served with honey and apple stuffing, braised red cabbage, roast potatoes and game jus. It is available on our a la carte menu for the month of December.
